Before you proceed with the order process, we would like to inform you that all Server Setup packages are NOT eligible for a refund once your order is processed and provisioned. Be sure you are ordering the right package according to the service you would like support for. For transparency, this is because Bit Media Services is a reseller of Server Setup and once a subscription is used, it cannot be reissued. If you have any questions as to which package is best suited for you, please reach out to us.
If you choose to use a Credit Card for payment of any services with Bit Media Services, you agree that invoices will be automatically charged to your card as they become due. If you do not wish to automatically be charged, it is your responsibility to either contact us to cancel automatic payments or cancel your services all together via a Cancellation Request. As stated above, all transactions made with Bit Media Services are final and will not be refunded.
In addition, Bit Media Services is not obligated to assist in the setting up of your devices with our Server services. We will try our best but if we don't know how to set up the service on your means of viewing, we will not be able to assist. By agreeing, you have a well enough understanding of the process of setting up the services you purchased on our website and/or are able to find guides elsewhere to aid in the setup process.
Further, Bit Media Services does not host the streaming services that you are purchasing. We are not responsible for your use of these services and by proceeding Bit Media Services is waived of all liability of downtime or other repercussions. We assure you, however, that we will work with the providers that we resell to ensure service is restored in a quick and timely manner in the event of downtime.
Finally, the typical setup time for all new services is 1-24 hours – not including weekends. It is usually significantly less than this but if you decide to ask for an update before 8 hours has elapsed, we have the right to cancel and refund your order. We have a zero tolerance policy for this sort of impatient behavior and it typically leads to more cases of such in the future. In regards to digital products: you explicitly agree that because of products are digital goods delivered via Internet refund isn't possible.
